WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty period: 3 years from the date the order is updated as successfully delivered.
Cases eligible for warranty:

- Damage caused by manufacturer's fault
- Damage caused by water or steam ingress
- Watch not working or displaying incorrect time
- Any damage to the product such as: crown, frame, leather strap

Cases not covered by warranty:
- Product damaged by external impact, causing dents such as impact
- Watch damaged by wearing during MRI or CT scan
